Ride Registration

Two options are available to SERC members for registering / paying for a ride:

  1. Go to to Clubhouse >> and pay online (PayPal / credit or debit card).
  2. Send Ride Entry Form >> and cheque through the post to the Ride Secretary (address below).

It would be greatly appreciated if all SERC members could try to enter through Clubhouse as this is by far the easiest option to administer.  

Non-members should complete a Day Member Ride Entry Form >> and post it to the ride secretary with a cheque.

Cut  off dates for Highland Rides are as follows:

Entries must be completed and paid for on Clubhouse by 6pm Monday 2 weeks before  ride. If less than 2 weeks is allowed (some pleasure rides only), the date will be publicised on Clubhouse. You can enter after a ride entry date but must pay a £5 late entry fee.    No further entries will be accepted after 6pm on the Monday 1 week before the  ride.  These rules will also apply to postal entries sent via Ride Secretary based on when received
